I have a cheap fish oil from Wal-mart with this:
Serving Size 2 softgels
Calories from fat 20
Total fat 2.5g (sat .5, poly .5, mono 1g)
Fish Oil 2400mg (EPA 432) (DHA 288) (Other 24)
Omega-3 720 mg
I take 4servings daily which is 10g of fat.
Now, I am taking 10g of fish oil, or only 4?
Is this enough?
