Would whole wheat pasta be an acceptable choice for cutting?
You can use any carb source as long as it fits into your daily numbers (and those numbers have to be correct in the first place). I use Pop Tarts on a daily basis for years without worrying too much about it. The only real issue is satiety,… certain carb sources will leave you feeling ‘fuller’ and not as hungry so soon after eating than others would.
