It�??s been five weeks since I start to take 2 pills 3 time a day of Beta-7 + 5 gr of Creatine daily after training.
From about 5 days I will be on a Business trip, (No training at all) I would like to know about the intake of this 2 supplements while I�??ll be away.
Q1) In order to maintain the same level of Beta-7 and Creatine do I have to take it even though No exercise ??
Or It doesn�??t disappear that fast in such short amount of time ?? (5 days).
