Question about Cardio for Powerlifting

Ok I just started a new job in a factory bringing parts to all the lines. There not heavy parts just a lot of walking back n forth someone said possibly up to 13 miles a day or so. I powerlift so I really dont want to lose strength or lose size what should i do will all that walking effect it and how should i combat the breakdown from the cardio??

all you can do is wait and see . if your daily routine/job up until now has been sitting at a desk , then the change of pace may require more cals . I doubt if it will do any harm though .

You might not have the same stamina in the gym at first, but you will get used to it and eventually be a better lifter for it. Walking is low level conditioning and shouldn’t have a major impact. When in doubt eat more.
