There is an abs training program which is vastly popular in my country (poland) but I have problems finding anything about it anywhere besides polish websites.
Its called “aerobic 6 of Weider”. Its 42 days training where you do more sets and exercises day after day.
Here is sample description (in polish but its pretty clear, day = dzien , seria = set, powtorzen = reps).

Can anybody tell me what is english name for that training and where can I find some opinions about it ?
