SUP TNATION!

I'm a long time reader, this is where I got all my info from in the beginning, and I've been an avid follower for some time.

I'm 22, 190lbs, 16-18% bf? Maybe more. Skinny fat.

Started out training off some stupid Poloqiuin inspired split. My arms got big but my numbers never increased and I was weak/small.

Only last year did I start training seriously, and I tried out different training methods.

I increased my strength somewhat but I started lifting for size gains, so thats what I'm doing now.

Doing Kingbeefs 5 day split.

This is my second week of following it...

I'll make this log fucking enjoyable and entertaining with vids and shit soon enough.
