Unlike the rest of the world, Bulgaria does not deal with coronavirus at all. Whether if you test positive and die it is reported as a result of COVID-19 - regardless the other causes and concomitant diseases that may be the real cause.
Politicians introduce completely contrived measures that only kill business. In addition, people die like flies - not so much from the coronavirus as from lack of treatment for their chronic diseases. Mortality is currently double than last 5 years. In two months, a dozen people have died demonstratively on the steps of several hospitals in regional cities while waiting for help.
Complete carelessness and inadequate reaction on the part of politicians.

Ninja :slight_smile: I don’t wear a masc usually , I’m a covid sceptic. Yes , there’s a virus, dangerous for the old and weak ones as I said yesterday. But I think that the mascs are a symbol of weakness and I live my live as I always have. I see that people’s stupidity and paranoia are much more scared than any virus and the lack of professional healthcare in Bulgaria is deadly with or without Covid-19.
And as far as I work for the government I don’t believe in any of their words at all. :). Everything and everyone is absolutely corrupted.

As you see, my normal calorie intake is about 2300 kcal which is a very little deficite and maintain weight - 65 kg/170 cm. If some days I am more hungrythan usual I just ate to be full and next days I reduce the food but not too harsh. On weekly and monthly basis my calorie intake is constant for a year.

My biceps are shrinking, huh. As far as I train super stricted for a year. И haven’t trained my arms before. But now that I’m training for my lats, I don’t use cheating anymore and they are not loaded enogh. :slight_smile:

This was 3 years ago- 2017, when I eat in deficite -about 2000 kcal daily with low carb high fat diet and maintained 58-60kg BW (5-7kg less than now). I liked my body so much. I felt fine and healthy and forgot about any water retention and swelling. I had 6 pack all the time and train full body just like now.
But …
After a year and half of deficite and no one icecream or apple or pizza , I decided to eat normal and balanced and to gain some muscles. Well, I gained fat too but I never regret it.
Now I should reduce my carb intake a bit, but I don’t know how- I used to eat too much bread…
