Quattro Dynamo Substitution?

I’m starting QD today, is standing military press a fine substituion for behind the neck BB press?

This is my first time going full body in 2 years of lifting, figured it was time. I’m a little nervous, it just doesn’t seem as extensive as the split I used to do. But maybe that is a good thing.

If this is your first go-around at full-body workouts, QD is not the place to start. It will most likely overwhelm you.

what would you suggest?
