Quality food defined

Could someone tell me under what criteria is a food labeled “quality” (in bb terms) What are the top five all around “quality” foods?

I use this analogy when trying to get my clients to eat quality foods:
“IF YOU CAN HUNT IT OR GROW IT- EAT IT”

Bon apetit

My definition of a quality bodybuilding food would be a food which contains 1) complete protein 2)low insulin index carbs 3) EFA’s, or a combination of 1 and 2 or 1 and 3. Also a host of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients. The food should not be overly processed either. My top five are 1)Salmon 2)fiberous vegetables 3)chicken 4)fruit 5)eggs. Oh, and water -not really food but it can’t be left out. This list doesn’t take into account supplements like protein powder, etc.

I’d say beef instead of chicken because it has great micronutrients w/delivery system; deep sea fish over salmon, but that can get pricey, and the benefits aren’t worth the extra cost.
