Quadriceps Tendinopathy


Hi CT, congratulations on the new member of the family.

I had a quick question for you regarding tendinopathy that I’m trying to get rid of in my quad tendon and achilles. While I’ve been doing my best to change my training by slowly rebuilding my volume and adding eccentric paused squats I’m pretty sure I’m not doing my best with the nutritional aspect of things. Do you have any advice on supplements/foods that would help in recovery of tendons and foods that I should stay away from?
