No it wasn’t. Medical references give recommended injection volumes for the adult general population. 1ml in the quad is less than anything I’ve read but there’s also no reason for a first timer to inject more than that in any particular site solely for the sake of comfort.

At least he’s going to stop this cycle, there are others that have come on here that just push on with it, despite the sound advice telling them not to.
