I noticed tonight that my right quad is noticably larger than my right quad for some reason, even though I am right footed. The only thing I can think of is that I jump off of my left leg when playing basketball, not that I play all that much anymore either. How would ppl here correct this problem? For example should I be actively training my right quad with more volume than my left? or should I include more unilateral work to avoid favoring one side? or just let this problem work itself out?
