QD Program

Just started Waterbury’s QD program today. I must say It was a nice work out. It wasnt overkill, but it did the job nicely.

I swapped out BB press for DB Presses

Squat 275lbs 5x3
One legged curls 145lbs 5x3

85lbers DB Presses 5x3
Seated cable row 220lbs 5x3

Bicep BB curls 80lbs 5x3
Tricep reverse grip pushdown 110lbs 5x3
