can someone give me some studies that show this stuff sucks and doesn’t work. i’m having trouble convincing my fellow employees (trainers) that it doesn’t do crap. Also, I want to know if it works on obese people (like 30% bodyfat) not just people who are already lean. Thanks guys.
from what i remember finding when i did some research into this before, the major pyruvate studies showed that it did result in weight loss, but the studies were usually in rather overweight people, and the daily dosage of the stuff in the study was about 30g–quite a lot.
