I’ve been using a package of ramen noodles with tuna for my PWO meal. Though I’ve been wondering if White rice would be a better choice GI wise. Let me know what you all think, or if there’s something better, enlighten me! Thanks T-brothers!

Is this in place of your PWO drink or is this the meal 60-90 minutes after your PWO drink?

Not to be harsh, but ramen noodles are ultra-crap. I don’t have the nutritional information in front of me, but I’m pretty sure they have a hefty serving of processed carbs as well as fat. Not to mention enough sodium to kill a small horse.
I would go with sweet potato, white potato, brown rice, whole wheat pasta… etc. Depending on your tolerance to high GI carbs.
