PWO Sleep.... Directly After

does anybody know if it is beneficial to sleep immediately after working out? i usually finish my routine at the gym around 7:30 am, but don’t have a class til ten.

would it be beneficial to not only eat, but also sleep for a couple hours directly after my work out as well as at night?

I like to have a shake, eat, and then take a nap…

It works perfect because I wake up just in time for my next meal.

If you think about it, it is beneficial to relax your muscles as much as possible after a workout, so you can begin recovery. What better way than some surge and a nap.
