I was just curious if anyone could tell me if the same nutritional guidelines apply to cardio as they do to weights?
JB suggests that a carb+protein shake be ingested during training and after training; each containing .4kg of whey and .8kg of simple carbs. For me thats roughly 350 calories.
I was wondering if…
(a) this applies to cardio workouts
(b) if the same 3-6hr anabolic window to eat carbs applies as well
