Quick question: I am currently in a hypercaloric diet to stip away some body fat. After working out, I do a round of TABATA on the exercise bike, stretch, then walk about two miles home.
Because of my work schedule this tends to be the only cardio I can do on lifting days. To maximize fat loss, should I keep with tradition and have the PWO right after working out or wait until I get home to do so.
My 1000000 percent goal is fat loss. I really have zero problem gaining muscle when I choose to bulk so I’m not as worried about losing muscle as many are. Your thoughts?
