PWO Shake Interfering with Aerobic Activity?


So, I started doing 20 min of fast pace walking after my weight training (four times a week).
Since kicking out PW (whey+dextrose) is not an option and I drink it immediately after workout, will it interfere with aerobic training afterwards?

Or should I have my PW after the 20 min walking?

Which is a better option?



Have the shake after the cardio

Edit: assuming you are doing it for fat loss.. otherwise, it doesn't matter.
