PWO Shake And Fiber?

Hey would there be any reason I shouldn’t add a fiber supp. to my existing PWO? It’s got some sugar and it seems like a decent place to add it in.

It wouldn’t be a good place to add it due to possible reducing the speed of which the nutrients are assimilated.

You want that post workout shake to do its thing as fast as possible.
