yo guys. would a few rice cakes along with my protein shake be good for insulin spike post workout? GI of rice cakes is around 75-80 i think. let me know

Rice cakes are okay if you're going for solid foods (although they seem to almost melt in your mouth). Carbs that you can dissolve in your drink are better.

Bottom line: They're okay, but not ideal.
