What’s in the PWO drink?

Since you’re going for fat loss, it shouldn’t be the same as someone who is going for mass gaining.

How long is the lactate workout?

I would personally save the pwo drink for after the entire session. If you’re worried about muscle catabolism throw down 5-10g BCAAs after the lactate session before the cardio.

Since its a lactate session and SS cardio im assuming fat loss is the priority here.
