I'm doing a little cardio on off days.(medium paced run)I was just wondering if PWO nutrition is any different than that for lifting. (NOTE: My Surge is to be used just for lifting because I am a dirt poor college student)
Are you doing the cardio for fat loss? If so, I'd stick to just protein pre workout to optimize the effect.
well I am currently bulking,but I am just doing some slow-paced cardio on off days to minimize fat gain.
Isn't it better to do the cardio fasted, and then chase it with protein rather than having protein first?
