PWO Carbing Up

ok guys i usally workout in the evening hour at around 8 pm and i am usaully done by 9.45 pm do u guys think that it is still recommended to get 20 to 40g of fast digesting carbs at this time of day.

Depends on your goals. If carbs are usually in your diet around PWO, then yes have them.

Have your PWO drink beforehand.
