Jey everybody. i'm just wondering what people usually eat for their PostPostWO meals. i'm assuming that everyone has a Surge or Surge type drink immediately after working out but what do you have post post workout 1-2 hours after that.

because i was under the impression that if you were still in that hour to hour and a half window afte working out that high GI carbs such as pasta and rice were still beneficial because of the insulin spike that could still be achieved. so i'm not looking for specific calories taken in (such as 80g carbs, 40g pro, 13g fat) i'm looking for what you actually eat. thanks a lot everybody.


A big whole food meal. Fruit veggies meat Grow! and good fats.
