Ok sure I’ll throw mine in, keep in mind they are before an OJI in April.
Barbell Squat to box 300x2
Deadlift 340x1
Bench 240x1 (yes I am aware this sucks)
OH Press 140x2
Pull ups with an extra 30#'s x2
Lots of prowler work and sprints.
Also keep in mind I still have to be able to drag shit around during training and on actual fire calls with out being copletely gassed. Recovery time doesn’t factor in till the party is over!
Looks like Push is going to win the most debates so far, though Cortes is in the running.
Pat, good luck on your back recovery. After hurting my back a couple of times, I stopped doing free squats and deads. Sucks, but at least I’m still making progress, sans the injuries.
Keep the numbers coming, haven’t heard anything yet from Tiribulus, orion, Brother Chris, Sloth, kamui, Mufasa, Forbes, raj, PB Andy…

Indeed, you saw what I saw…
What, that I do quarter squats? I actually like them better because you can go so much heavier, they still hit your legs hard, and there’s less risk of injury.
So put down the popcorn and post your stats already.
FL,
Why don’t you lighten the weight and go ass to grass with squats ? If you want to argue foolishness of risk of injury, the half squat is the most dangerous since it full stretches ligaments and opens the knee capsule altogether.

Please don’t wink at me either. Fucking creepy.
Or there was a good article on the front page just yesterday about hip belt squats. I’m going to be inclucing those from now on due to my injury.
Well MaximusB you know why he is winking at you right? FL…I might assume half squats have a place with the pros, but really to claim that as a heavy lift? A full squat should be the minimum. Its like saying I can bench 600 but only half way down.
I dont like to lift heavy… Stats
Bench 325 on a good day
Squat 350 ATG
Deadlift 395
On a side note I hate to go heavy or max on lifts.
Don’t post here a ton, but been curious about this for a long time
Bench-335, 225x19
Squat-275x12 or 225x20 are usually as much as I do. Been to a dozen or more docs/PTs/Chiros and spent lots of money trying to fix lower back injury from HS. No heavy squats anymore, and no deadlifting at all, although I pulled 405 several years ago.
Pullups-BWx16 or +45 lbs for 6-8
Not a lift, but recently ran a mile in 6:39 and felt pretty good about it.
