I’m a young athlete looking for strength (but not necessarily size) gains trying to choose between Metabolic Drive “Protein Magic,” Metabolic Drive Complete (MDC), Designer Whey, and Grow!.
Should I be using Metabolic Drive Complete if I just want strength (not looking for size) gains?
If I do use Metabolic Drive Complete, should I be using a post-workout drink as well?
Is Protein Magic significantly better than Grow! or something like Designer Whey?
I’d like to train as frequently as possible, as summer is approaching and I’ll be free, so I’ll probably be getting some BCAAs, too. Does anyone have any answers to my questions or suggestions beyond that?
