Puzzle Piece: Rear Shoulders


I started a new program ,a basic 3 days program
monday : shoulders,chest,tris
wednesday: back and biceps
fridays : legs

There's this exercise that I really like,it's for the rear shoulders using the machine. It's an isolation exercise so it's not of major importance for beginners like me but anyways I want to do it.

Where does it go ? in the chest/shoulders day or in the biceps/back day ?


Since you are doing a push/pull/lower split it goes on the pull day with back and biceps...


Yes it is part of the shoulders, but when it comes to function it's working with the back muscles more so, put it there.


Ok, I also thought it should go in the bicep/back day since rows and pullups use rear delts
