Thought it was time to start up a proper training log.
I’m Chris and this is my log to getting strong. I’m 18, started lifting in June 2010 fairly unsuccessfully and am finally getting the hang of it.
I’m around 5, 8" and roughly 160lb at the moment.
Bench - around 105-107.5kg
Squat - 155kg (tested after Deads)
Sumo Deadlift - 195kg
End of year goals:
Bench - 130kg
Squat - 180kg x 3
Dead - 227kg
