Putting On Size

Hi all, I’m 17 years old 146 lbs and I consider myself to be on the high end of the spectrum when it comes to muscular hypertrophy. I’ve been lifting for 4 years and my main goal is to become massive but not put on the weight. Don’t want to be to slow for various activities you know? I think my arms look really good but my chest seems smaller than the rest of me, I was wondering if any of you had tips for making gains in chest size while adding little to no body mass.

Think about this for a second. If your chest gets bigger, but your mass stays the same, where does it come from? Something has to get smaller for your mass to stay the same. (Sorry, I gave away the answer.)

If you want a bigger chest, train your chest and provide fuel to build muscle in the form of food. That’s really all there is to it. But you will gain mass.
