Hi all, I’m 17 years old 146 lbs and I consider myself to be on the high end of the spectrum when it comes to muscular hypertrophy. I’ve been lifting for 4 years and my main goal is to become massive but not put on the weight. Don’t want to be to slow for various activities you know? I think my arms look really good but my chest seems smaller than the rest of me, I was wondering if any of you had tips for making gains in chest size while adding little to no body mass.
