"Put 100 Pounds on Deadlift" Plan, Programming Conditioning?

Hi coach, I read your article “how I put 100 pounds on my deadlift in two weeks” and am going to implement the recommended training schedule, I was just wondering where you would put conditioning work such as sprints or battle ropes during the training week? I’m currently doing Wendlers 531 and am Neuro type 3 of it matters to how to set it up.

What kind of conditioning/energy systems work do you have in mind?

I would like to add sprints and battle ropes for the purpose of fat loss so 2 days per week. Most likely just 10-20 minute sessions

If you are a type 3 I see no problem adding those to the training days, either after the workouts or as a second session. Type 3 produce more cortisol, even at rest, so they do better with more days off to minimize cortisol release on those days.
