Push Pull Legs

Hey everyone

Does Push Pull Legs 3 times a week work for a beginner? Extremely high volume just to make sure that every muscle REALLY needs a week to recover, by this I mean:

30 or over 30 sets for legs chest back
20 or over twenty sets for all the smaller muscle groups

All the other days are either passive recovery or stretching days


Will it work, yes, but its not the best choice. IMO beginners will progress much faster in strength and size on a beginners linear progression fullbody routine
