Push, Pull, Legs for Hypertrophy

Hey coach,

Ive Read the article you posted on PPL. I’m wanting to know how to program for 6 days using the PPL split specifically for hypertrophy. For instance, what specifically would change in terms of sets & reps from push day 1 to push day 2?
