Can I do 3 push and 3 pull workouts a week consecutively? My gym is closed on Sundays so I won’t be able to follow the pull push workout suggested on this channel.
Also I find pull push to be most suitable for me because I can use it for gaining strength and muscle and burn fat.

It’s all about balance. If you are following an intelligent program, go for it.

The thing is I train quads on push days and hamstrings on on pull days.
So don’t you think training legs on every workout would affect my performance?

How would I know?? No idea of your present conditioning? And no idea if you are using an intelligent program or not.
