Thanks zap. I have no problem with discussing weight :slight_smile: I had been training around 170-171 lbs. I dropped to 162lb. This killed my bench. The shirt slid on easy. My squat was bad form and I was nervous.

I am around 166lbs right now. I am doing a 6 week cut. I want to drop to 161 lb -162lb so that I will not have to worry about weight at my next meet. I compete in the 165lb weight class.
