Im thinking of taking the above. Are they ok for a newbie and how many and when would i take them?
Nothing is okay for a newbie. Please research what youre planning on taking. You want us to tell you what to take, when to take it and how much? So basically you want us to do everything for you.
why dont you start a new post stating your information (age, height, weight, bf%, goals, length of training) And you just MIGHT get a little more help.
