Pure Dextrose or Mass Gainer?

i just bought a tub so nutrabolics isogainer for a post workout shake, before this i was using 75 of pure dextrose along 2 scoops of whey and my bcaa’s. would you guys recommend using the gainer or staying with pure dextrose.

For what you actually get per tub the gainers are way over priced, plus you can’t seperate the whey from the carbs.

What you’re making for yourself is almost definitely a higher quality product.
