Purchased Lift Specific Program, Quick Question

I purchased the Lift Specific program from your website.

I’m doing Monday Wednesday Thursday and Saturday.

  1. My question is can you advise me when to do my conditioning sessions based on this program without interfering strength and size progress.

  2. I workout from home and my options are Air bike, battle ropes, and heavy bag. I usually do 30 sec on 2 min rest but not sure what days to do it on? (Off Day, after a certain workout, etc)
