My question is can you advise me when to do my conditioning sessions based on this program without interfering strength and size progress.

I workout from home and my options are Air bike, battle ropes, and heavy bag. I usually do 30 sec on 2 min rest but not sure what days to do it on? (Off Day, after a certain workout, etc)
