Anyone out there eating dried pumpkin seeds as a healthy fat source? They don’t taste too bad (nice surprise). The PUFA content ranks right up there with the best of nuts/seeds.
Additional question: Austrian Pumpkin Seeds. Any difference in the nutritional content?
yes i have they are just about one of the best fats u can eat great for u so yea i eat them with some p-f meals
I have been a seed freak for YEARS. I eat a bag of sunseeds or pumpkin seeds on a daily basis.
Not sure on the Aussie seeds.
I am sure they are still a good fat source though, possibly a little variance in the content.
