Pumped with Carbs! But Cant Lift! Only Cardio

my body craving for carbs throughout the past couple of days.. so i eat with hopes that it all adds to my muscle mass.. so now im all recharged, pumped up.. havnt lifted in about 48 hours but when i try to lift, no anaerobic juices flowing!@* but my quads are super pumped to kill at the bike. so i dont get fat, i do cardio.. but i wish i couldve worked out instead..

is this normal? how does one go about this situation?
