Hey everyone, Just wanted to share with all the other female lifters on this site. had an amazing gym workout yesterday, maxed on squat, and was so excited hit a max on bench as well. squat 265, almost hit 285 but not quite. next time! bench, my worst exercise hit 135. maxed on deads as well earlier in the week. 285. Hope to post videos soon.
Hows everyone else doing? wish there were other females in the gym lifting. I go to a huge college and still no women in the main campus gyms.
