Pump Work for Chest

In another thread you mentioned that you did Pump Work for chest for awhile.
Can you give us some more details on that? Frequency, movements, etc?
thanks

Any update on the article?

CT’s layer system has a ‘Pump Layer’ that has left me leaving the gym with a serious chest pump.

At the end of your chest workout (CT’s Layer 4/4) perform the following:
"One set is: hold the weight in mid range for 5 sec./do 5 reps/hold 4 sec/do 4 reps/hold 3 sec./do 3 reps/hold 2 sec/do 2 reps/hold 1 sec/do 1 rep…

There is no pause during a max pump set (the “pause” is during the isometric hold… which is actually the hardest part!). Use 40-50% of the ramped max and perform 2-3 sets."

This has been a fantastic finisher for me, just an idea to try!
