I am training with several guys who are over 20 percent body fat and want to get down to 10 percent. We are walking 45-60 minutes daily and lifting heavy 3-4 times a week. We are pulsing with L plus CHY, avoiding carbs, and eating lean proteins and good fats.
Should we pulse upon arising before our morning walk?
When we weight train within 60 minutes of arising, should we skip the morning pulse and start with the peri-workout nutrition protocol, such as FINiBAR and so on?
