Can anyone kindly explain what’s the theory behind the “Pulsing” concept?
It has gained a lot of attention recently, especially after MAG-10 and the Anaconda Protocol, but how does it make sense? From what I understand, pulsing means chugging your BCAA/Leucine/Aminos instead of just sipping them, so your body gets it and absorbs it all at once as a big chunk of nutrients.
However, unless you’re completely fasted, wouldn’t your stomach contents get in the way and mess up the absortion rate, cause it to “drip down” slowly into your bloodstream?
What I’m trying to say it, unless I’m on an completely empty stomach, how much different is it from chugging it down to sipping on it for a while? (If that’s not the point then please point it out).
