pulse rates and blood pressure

Hi, I was just wondering what a good pulse rate and blood pressure level is. Mine is 52bpm and 121(whatever the blood pressure is). Is that considered good?

A heart rate of 60 or so and below is very respectable. Many marathoners are in the 30s. The ACSM considers a 120/80 BP normal.

52 BPM is pretty good. 121, assuming it is the top or systolic BP reading, is good also. The real indicator of longer term heart health however is the diastolic or bottom reading. It should be 80 or less. You can get very easy to use electronic BP machines at discount pharmacies for $50 or less. That is not a bad investment, especially if any enhancing chemicals are used which tend to raise BP.
