I was thinking about doing the pulse feast again. I haven't done it since the new formulation of MAG-10 and Plazma have been out. I was thinking of trying this.
7:00 am 2 scoops of MAG-10
10:45 am 1 dose of Plazma
11:00 am workout 1 dose of Plazma
12:30 pm 30 mins post workout 2 scoop of MAG-10
3:00 pm 2 scoops of MAG-10
7:00 pm Feast
Any thought would be greatly appreciated.
