Took me a while to find it.... but it's so great!
Wanted to lean out somewhat - and tried the V-Diet; I was feeling horrid for the 6 days on it.
Enter pulse feast; 2 shakes twice a day; eat. Boom! Feel "alert" during the day; and at 5pm begin eating. It's so freaking easy !
Only wish I found it before. Still using the layer system too; so I'm "fixed" for a long time !
