I train at 10pm, what time would I want to pulse and feast? thanks guys.
Unless you go to bed at something like 4am, pulse feasting is not a good strategy with that schedule. You need at least a 4 hours window to be able to get enough nutrients in. And you do not want to feast before the training because the digestion will take a long time and you`ll be slusghish (if not nauseous) during the workout.
