Been doing the Pulse Feast for two weeks. Just did a pulse fast, also.
Now I have to go on travel for a week and believe me when I say there is NO WAY i can take my MAG-10, Anaconda or any other supplement where I am going.
I was thinking:
Eggs/Tuna in the morning (60g protein)
Chicken only for lunch (60g protein)
Workout (I have no idea what I’ll do for Peri-workout nutrition)
Feast (Same as at home)
Just looking for opinions on how to keep it similar to the real Pulse Feast.
Really looking for input on the Peri-Workout nutrition.
