Pulse Diet and Coconut Oil?

Hello,
Iâ??m on my second Pulse now and I was wondering about adding in some coconut oil? As it could help with energy levels, Iâ??m not sure if it would help or hurt for fat burning?

Also why is the Pulse diet 36 hours, what if we did one for 15 or 20 hours?

The purpose of the pulse fast is to reach elevated levels of aminos as fast a possible. This idea would slow it down and defeat the purpose of the fast. Have you read the training lab and all the comments on Thibs forum? Its all explained in there.
